Why you should be using these tools.

Optimum fitness and weight management is based around having a good diet and proper calorie awareness. If you are serious
about reaching your fitness and weight loss goals then you need to be aware of your calorie intake and you need to know how
many calories you need per day.

UK Government guidelines state that the average woman should eat around 2000 calories per day and the average man around
2500. However these are only guidelines. Everyone is different and this figure will vary depending upon certain factors, such as
your lean body mass (muscle) and daily activity levels. It’s important for you to know this so you have a unique value specifically
